How was Responsive Web Design started?
Our founder Jack Scoffin had previously worked within the web development industry for many years, working for big companies and gaining valuable marketing and web development experience. This is where he discovered a flaw amongst many web development companies, the lack of a strong business to customer relationship and a lack of aftercare. Which is what inspired Jack to start Responsive Web Design as he believed a business that is creating your online identity should have a customer service and aftercare process that allows it to best represent you and your company, as if we don't listen how can we learn how about your business?
This idea inspired Jack to leave his role and become a business owner himself, founding Responsive Web Design Ltd. at the beginning of 2021 and he has never looked back since Responsive Web Design has grown from strength to strength, showing there is a real demand for web designers that work alongside business owners and not for them.
A message from the founder:
"While working at one of Europe's leading Website Design and Marketing companies, I noticed that there was a significant gap in the industry. The aftercare of the clients was severely lacking, and I knew that something needed to change. I wanted to create a company that felt like more of a community, where the clients felt supported and understood.
This is why I started Responsive Web Design, with the concept of listening to the clients individual needs, to create a bespoke package tailored to their business, and to maintain a consistent rapport with the client. We believe that it is our duty to consistently work closely with the client and ensure that we are always doing the best that we can for them. Responsive Web Design is a company that will always do everything we can to ensure that our clients needs are met, and that their business is reaching its online potential. "
